We are currently seeking investors to fund the development of the ETÉREO, and support us in the execution of our completed master plan. We have 24 acres of secluded desert land in Mexico in between the eco-spiritual Pueblo Mágico of Todos Santos and the well traveled Los Cabos area. We will provide a unique solution in Baja California Sur, Mexico.
ETÉREO is set to be a white label retreat and event space that supports the greater collective by allowing international hosts of all kinds to utilize the space with integrity.
We are developing a code of ethics for the collective that is alignment with our values and mission.
Our vision is modern and sustainable, with an emphasis on permaculture, and will be entirely off grid.
ETÉREO will strategically scale by offering premium retreat solutions to its growing collective of clients. The flagship center's ecosystem is anticipated to generate higher than industry average occupancy rates. When fully developed, the center’s diverse retreat offerings, premium clientele, and year-round occupancy is forecasted to deliver sustainable lease income and profitability.
The LAND
The land of ETÉREO, untouched by concrete boundaries, cradles ancient wisdom and unseen energies. As stewards of this space, we honor the symbiotic connection between the earth and the ethereal, listening to the land as its whispers guide our vision. Our collaborative journey sees ETÉREO emerging organically from the very soul of the land. ETÉREO transcends being merely a physical center; it embodies the land's essence—a manifestation of the wisdom it generously imparts.

LAND CEREMONIES
Join us in community at one of our high season (October - June) monthly Land Ceremonies, set on 24 acres of secluded desert land. Together we will sit with medicine facilitated by expert practitioners, immerse ourselves in nature and end our journey a powerful fire ceremony and grounding food cooked over the fire.

RETREATS
Pending the build of our retreat center, the ETEREO team is currently facilitating retreats at brand aligned venues. Together we gather for 3, 5 or 7 day retreats for an immersive experience filled with community, healing and various therapeutic arts and modalities to support your transformation.

If you are interested in working with us in a private container, we curate intentional healing experiences for seekers of all kinds. We are able to travel internationally to work with you, or welcome you for a private retreat in Mexico, where we create a powerful healing experience for you based on your needs and desires.
OUR FOUNDERS
Paije began her work in the caregiving arts as a traditional full-spectrum doula supporting families transition into parenthood. She finds passion in holding space and creating safe containers for her clients to evolve and cross thresholds, using the doula model of care as a foundation for her work with psychedelics. After a decade of offering ceremonial experiences, retreats, and integration services to help facilitate growth and healing, she has created ETÉREO.
Paije works with 5-MeO-DMT, psilocybin, iboga and MDMA. She has undergone both an initiation and rites of passage with the Bwiti people indigenous to Gabon, Africa. Paije is a trauma-informed practitioner with training in both clinical protocols for psychedelics as well as earth based ceremonial practices.
Fletcher Burdick, ETEREO co-founder, is our in-house substance abuse director and a student shamanic practitioner. He has a deep commitment to helping individuals overcome substance abuse issues and find lasting recovery. He has worked with countless individuals struggling with addiction and has used various psychedelic medicine to heal his own substance abuse disorder. Fletcher has a particular interest in the use of earth medicines such as 5-MeO-DMT, ibogaine, and iboga as a means of treating addiction and promoting holistic healing.
In his work with those struggling with substance use , he offers a holistic approach that takes into account the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of recovery. With a deep understanding of the healing power of plant medicine he is passionate about helping his clients find hope and healing on their journey to sobriety or relief of substance dependency. Fletcher's empathetic and compassionate approach has helped many individuals overcome their struggles and reclaim their lives.
