• Seasonal Occupancy: The center will operate on a seasonal basis, allowing us to test and refine our programs with temporary refined camping accommodations with bell tents and structured ceremony spaces like our powerful whale rib encased sanctuary, HUESERA.

• Community Integration: We will sublease space to local and international community members, fostering collaboration and local involvement.

• Nature Based Connection: We believe the natural world holds the key to healing and transformation. We will create an accessible, comfortable outdoor living experience for ceremonies, retreats and events to take place while we move forward with building on other areas of our 24 acre desert property.

Expanding our capacity and enhancing the guest experience

• Communal Spaces plus 7 Bungalows: We’ll add luxury accommodations, allowing for increased occupancy and the ability to offer premium pricing.

• High Occupancy: With expanded facilities, we’ll transition to a higher occupancy model, maximizing our impact and revenue.

• Subleasing to Collective Members: Exclusive members of our community will have the opportunity to sublease bungalows, adding value and deepening connections.
