Paije ALEXANDRA West

Paije Alexandra West is an international retreat host, psychedelic guide, and mentor who has supported thousands of individuals through ceremony, sacred medicine, and immersive trainings over the last decade. As the founder of ETÉREO, she leads its vision as a sanctuary for transformation, deep healing, and connection to nature, bridging ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic insights. With a background in birthwork, intuitive arts, and trauma-informed care, Paije brings a holistic and deeply personal approach to psychedelic facilitation, informed by her own healing journey and years of study with indigenous and Western teachers.

Her path has been shaped by personal healing from complex trauma, ADHD, and treatment-resistant depression, which led her to the profound transformational power of plant teachers. She has trained in somatic healing, Internal Family Systems, and harm reduction practices, ensuring that her work is deeply integrative and supportive. Having worked extensively with Ibogaine clinics, she has provided preparation and aftercare support for individuals emerging from detox, including at POI Ibogaine Institute in Los Cabos. Her dedication to Iboga took her to Gabon, Africa, where she completed her Bwiti initiation with the Missoko people, deepening her understanding of this sacred medicine.

Paije believes that true healing extends beyond the ceremony itself, requiring ongoing integration, embodiment, and community support. She collaborates with therapists, social workers, and other practitioners to ensure a comprehensive healing experience for those she serves. As a lifelong student and mentor, she continues to deepen her knowledge while supporting other caregivers in the field. Whether through direct facilitation, education, or writing, Paije is devoted to guiding others in their journey of self-reclamation and transformation through psychedelic medicine, ritual, and intentional healing spaces.
