FAQs

  • What is the typical flow of a retreat (arrival, ceremonies, integration, etc.)?

Our client journey begins with preparation sessions, followed by arrival, an opening ceremony, intention setting, journey work, on-site integration activities, immediate post-retreat integration sessions, and long-term integration support available through both community-oriented and private offerings.

How many people are in each retreat, and what is the level of personal attention?

We offer private retreats and group retreats with no more than 12 attendees, ensuring a high level of personal attention and care.

    Are there private retreat options?
Yes, we offer private retreats tailored to individual needs.

What does a typical day at the retreat look like?

While every retreat is unique, a typical day includes guided morning practices (breathwork, meditation, movement), personalized sessions, medicine ceremonies, integration circles, 1:1 sessions, nourishing meals, and restorative time in nature.

  • What medicines do you offer at ETÉREO?
Iboga, psilocybin, huachuma (San Pedro), and 5-MeO-DMT. Each medicine is facilitated with great care, deep reverence, and proper preparation.

How do I know which medicine is right for me?
Our intake process includes a thorough consultation to understand your history, intentions, and needs. Based on this, we guide you toward the medicine that aligns best with your personal healing journey.

What safety protocols do you have in place for ceremonies?
All medicine work is conducted with experienced facilitators and medical supervision where needed. We conduct thorough medical screenings, have emergency protocols in place, and ensure a supportive, grounded setting for each journey.

What preparation is required before working with the medicine?
All medicine work at ETÉREO requires a health and medical screening for approval. We also offer complimentary preparation sessions for all guests attending a retreat or ceremony.

For iboga, we require a medical testing and approval from our team to ensure safety and suitability.

  • What is included in the retreat package (lodging, meals, etc.)?
Our retreats are all-inclusive, covering airport transportation, meals, lodging, and facilitation. Minimal add-ons, such as massages, are available.

Guests should fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). ETÉREO is located in Todos Santos, about 1.5 hours away on the Pacific side of the Baja Peninsula. For clarity, ETÉREO is not near the U.S. border but rather at the very tip of the Baja Peninsula in Baja California Sur.

We recommend comfortable clothing, a journal, personal toiletries and an open heart. A detailed packing list will be provided before your arrival.

    Are dietary accommodations available?

What makes your retreats different from others?
We are highly detail-oriented, offering an intimate environment for healing and transformation. We deeply value aesthetics and believe that nourishment—both physical and emotional—should never be an afterthought. We take great care with each and every client to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and held. We also embrace laughter and humor as part of the healing journey and never take ourselves too seriously.

What is the setting like (accommodations, nature, atmosphere)?
We host retreats in luxury villas as well as at our new AIRE LIBRE glamping site, offering a refined nature immersion where every detail is thoughtfully curated. While we currently host in high-end spaces, we are in the process of building our own sanctuary to further enhance the retreat experience.
