ETÉREO offers immersive iboga retreats and psychedelic experiences centered around our three primary medicines: iboga, huachuma, and 5-MeO-DMT. These plant medicine retreats are designed for those seeking depth, clarity, and meaningful transformation through carefully held ceremonial work, nature immersion, and intentional retreat environments.

Our work is devoted exclusively to this trinity of medicines. Each retreat is thoughtfully curated to support the body, mind, and spirit through ceremonial structure, trauma-informed facilitation, medical oversight, and experienced therapeutic support. Guests are guided through preparation, ceremony, and integration with personalized one-on-one care, group processing, somatic practices, meditation, breathwork, sound, and intentional nourishment. This is work that asks for presence and responsibility, honoring both the medicines and the long arc of integration that continues well beyond the retreat itself.

    Pending the build of our retreat center, ETÉREO hosts transformational plant medicine retreats at two locations in the Todos Santos area. Our iboga retreats take place at Proyecto Palmita, a luxury venue designed for deep ceremonial work. Our huachuma and 5 MeO DMT retreats are held at ETÉREO AIRE LIBRE, our desert basecamp where guests experience nature, community, and simplicity with intention.

    We offer 1 - 8 day retreats that bring together community, healing and therapeutic arts to support your transformation. Each retreat includes expert facilitation, trauma informed care, preparation and integration guidance, and a safe environment for meaningful change.

    AIRE LIBRE

    Set on 24 acres of quiet desert land, ETÉREO AIRE LIBRE offers rustic yet refined camping for transformational retreat experiences in the Todos Santos area. This open air venue hosts our huachuma and 5 MeO DMT retreats and is also available for external facilitators seeking a natural, secluded setting for their own offerings.

    We offer 1 to 4 day containers that bring together ceremony, healing arts and intentional facilitation to support meaningful transformation. Each retreat includes experienced guidance, trauma informed care, preparation and integration support, and a natural environment designed for deep work.

ETÉREO’s vision is rooted in the raw beauty and untamed spirit of Elías Calles, Baja California Sur—where the desert meets the Sierra de la Laguna in a breathtaking expanse of open land. This is the home of our greater project and ETÉREO | AIRE LIBRE Basecamp, an off-grid sanctuary designed for immersive nature experiences, intimate gatherings, and deep transformation.

While we develop our retreat center in this pristine location, we also host luxury retreats in the greater Todos Santos area, offering guests the opportunity to experience the magic of this region at hand-selected venues.
